So I've got a tumblr I've been using as my art site lately. I only put my personal art on it. So now I really wish for a place to post things I like, or don't like. There is this . . .
I just can't get behind She and Him. The music seems so dishonest. She sounds too pretty, like she hasn't lived through the things she sings about. You can't be an honest artist if you haven't felt failure or pain. This might not be as good, but at least The Kills sound like they've been through some shit.
And of course the best . . .

Gettin' the band back together . . .
Danger Park is back in action. I left Georgia and it was sad, but I now live with Sean and Andrew in the state of Vermont. Sean is about to go into his second year at CCS so Andrew and I have been hanging around to observe his glory.
Collaboration levels are reaching critical awesomeness.
Sean and I finished screen printing the covers for Subterranean 3. It looks great. Only the three of us are in the third issue. We'll be in touch about number 4 though.
Andrew drew the cover at 4x6 inches. Sean blew it up and made a sick screen print of it.

We also printed a goofy jam comic you can ask us for when you see us.
Andrew and I are making another issue of Comics are for Kids. Here's the first two pages . . .

Sean and Andrew have another crazy comic idea they're working on called Post-Comics.
2011 is the jam y'all.
Oh, I've also been hanging out with super cool dudes like Jesse Mead, Dave W, and Casey Bohn.

nyuck nyuck nyuck . . .
So in December I took a trip to New England and got to see my brothers from other mothers, Andrew and Sean.
They both seem to be doing quite well.

We are the New Wizards
I sort of ripped these wizards off from Andrew. But the "We" refers to Danger Park so I'm sure he'll let it slide. We are the New Wizards. All the old wizards better move aside.

Superhero?
I had a dream about this guy last night. All I remember was that he was supposed to be a superhero.

ALSO, I've been working on a game called "Son of Pong." It is almost done.

T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents
So I've been spending a lot of time drawing fan art for a Wally Wood comic from the 1960's. It's called T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents and it is the best superhero comic ever.

The T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents are my favorite superheroes. T.H.U.N.D.E.R. stands for The Higher United Nations Defense Enforcement Reserves.
Len Brown, aka Dynamo, is advertised at “the mightiest T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent of them all,” but he is neither their most intelligent or capable. T.H.U.N.D.E.R. will often use him as bait without his knowledge, or bomb an entire area assuming his belt will keep him alive. He isn't a happy man. His coworkers don't take him seriously. His on and off fiance, Alice, tends to find him with other women. His mother forgets his birthday. I seriously love Dynamo.
The guy talking to Dynamo is a T.H.U.N.D.E.R. agent named Weed. He is always smoking something and seems to be the most capable agent. He doesn't have any powers, but he doesn't have any real personal issues either. Most of the T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents with powers tend to be emotionally compromised. Weed is always calm, cool, and collected.
I really love these comics.

A lot of Dynamo stories read like Inkdick . . .

Art from T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents number 4 published by Tower Comics.

When it comes to comics, penciling is my strongest talent. My inking and coloring could use a lot of improvement. These drawings were a chance to work on both. My room-mate Falynn lent me one of her brushes and it did me a world of good, but I've still got a long way to go.

Why hello internet, how have you been?
Soooo, I got into SCAD Atlanta but have decided not to go. Financially it would have been difficult, but ultimately my decision was made for personal reasons.

Here is a comic!
